Afiq Shahiri
Afiq Shahiri is a researcher, writer, and digital content creator passionate about the intersection of Islamic finance, psychology, and global travel experiences. He is currently conducting academic research on customer satisfaction toward Shariah-compliant restructuring programs and Islamic banking facilities with a case study focused on Alliance Islamic Bank, Malaysia.
His research explores service quality, customer perception, and Shariah compliance using advanced methods such as structural equation modeling (SEM) and factor analysis.
